Do I need to download any software to access the Trade room?

No, you do not need to go and download any software.  However, when you follow the links to log in to you trade room access for the 1st time, Omnovia will automatically install the components necessary to access the trade room.

How many different sessions are there and when does it start?

There are three trade room sessions available: New York session, London session, and the Asian session.

My subscription to the Full Access Trade room expired, how much is it to renew?

Your FX Money Map Software purchase usually includes three months of Full access to the trade room.  Upon expiration, you may renew your subscription at $347/month.

You will need to maintain an active subscription to the FXMoneyMap datafeed in order to keep your access to the NY trade room.  To renew your datafeed, please email support@globaldatafeed.com
